Keji beling leaves (Strobilanthes crispus) can be the solution to cure fish that infected by Aeromonas hydrophila because it contained active compounds. The purpose of this study was determine compounds in crude extract keji (S. and their ability inhibit growth A. hydrophila. tests which are used were phytochemical test, MIC disk diffusion SEM test. Phytochemicals analysis showed presence flavonoid, alkaloid, tanin, triterpenoid. result test concentration 100 mg/l with a value 0.389 lowest absorbance extract. inhibition diffusin five concentrations three replications: 50 mg/l, 150 200 250 observation time 24 hours post-incubation 48 post-incubation. had highest zone. damage cell walls lysis bacterial cells.
